SUN 23RD JUNE from 7.30pm: “CLUB WITH NO NAME: CHARLIE HARPER”

CLUB WITH NO NAME proudly presents…
at CHARTERS BAR. Town Bridge Peterborough PE1 1FP.
CHARLIE HARPER – Legendary front man of the UK SUBS, a band he’s been fronting since 1976! Just 80 years young this year, Charlie celebrates with a Subs gig at The Shepherds Bush Empire on his actual birthday. Now you can catch him in these more intimate surroundings, with a solo acoustic performance that will include many pared down UK Subs songs and a few surprises.
Support for the evening comes from GIZZ BUTT. Gizz joined now legendary UK82 punk band Destructors when he was still at school, at the age of just 14! The ‘talented’ guitarist has since played with numerous bands including English Dogs, Steve Ignorants The Last Supper, Pyogenesis, Sabbatt, Fields Of The Nephilim, Love Amongst Ruin, most famously working with Prodigy and even had a brief spell playing with Charlies UK Subs too. He currently fronts Janus Stark, his own band who chart success in the 90s with their single ‘Every Little Thing Counts’ as well as playing guitar in the reformed Destructors 82 and the DC punk legends Scream.
